[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels,400 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.















[2] Make the new layer from the layer pallete.












[3] Fill the new document with color black.























[4] Then go to Filter>Render>Lens Flare
use these settings.
























[5] Create more lens flare, at about 65% brightness
until you get this pattern.

























[6] Your image should be look like this.






















[7] And now go to Filter>Blur>Radial Blur
use these settings.

















[8] Your image something look like this.
























[9] Then go to Filter>Stylize>Glowing Edges
use the following settings.

[11] Then go to Image>Adjustments>Invert.






















[12] Your image should be look like this.
























[13] And then go to Filter>Blur>Radial Blur
use these settings.

[15] Then select the Rectangular Marquee Tool

[18] And now select the Gradient Tool and the gradient color.

[22] Go to Edit>Transform>Perspective and drug the
corner edge of the side see in the next image.




















[23] And now Hit the Enter key on your keyboard.

[24] Then go to Filter>Blur>Motion Blur
use the following settings.























[25] Your image should be look like this.
























[26] Now make the three more copy of the layer2
and instead of flipping it horizontally
flip it verticaly do this many time.
