Rat King is fictional character created by Jim Lawson for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles multimedia franchise. The character’s first appearance was in the comic “Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” #4 which were written by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird. Since then, the Rat King has made various appearances in the comic books, in the animated series and video games.
The Rat King was described with telepathic influence over rats, distinguishable attire, which is filthy and prominent. It has tattered rags with various bandages that covers all his body. The Rat King also has immense strength and other consistent powers.
The Rat King portrayed a mysterious character, at times appearing as a vicious villain, a neutral character, or one who has taken sides with the Leonardo, Michaelangelo, Raphael and Donatello (the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles).
